Sonia Siddiqui is a seasoned privacy and technology attorney with over a decade of experience leading global privacy, data protection, and security programs for high-growth companies. Prior to founding Tamarack Solutions, Sonia served as the Global Head of Data Privacy and Security Legal at Coinbase, where she helped guide the company through its IPO preparation and built scalable privacy frameworks to support its rapid global expansion.

Most recently, Sonia served as Chief Privacy Officer at Kohler, an American luxury kitchen and bath company with global operations, overseeing enterprise-wide privacy, data governance and AI programs across a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Sonia founded Tamarack Solutions to provide practical, embedded privacy leadership to companies navigating complex regulatory environments. She partners with organizations to design scalable privacy programs, implement privacy automation, and deliver strategic legal guidance that enables growth while managing risk.

Sonia holds a J.D. and is a member of the Maryland State Bar.
